Purpose of processing :
The European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA), in the context of managing the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters, collects and processes the personal data of some of the candidates. In particular, certain data of the scholarship holders and non-scholarship holders is shared with the Agency and treated according to this privacy statement.
The data is gathered and processed in order to select the students for the Joint Master Degree and to attribute grades and the final diploma.
The data will also be processed to conduct a survey on the outcome of students after graduation.
Legal basis : GDPR Article 6 1. (e) : processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller.
Categories of personal data processed : First name, Last Name, Nationalities, Birth date, place of birth, Current address, Phone number, Mail, obtained diploma, photo, copy of ID or Passport
Categories of data subjects whose personal data is to be processed : Candidates to the Master, students and alumni
Categories of staff who have access to the personal data : Administrative and teachers of the consortium will have access to the information.
Data retention period : The data will be held 5 years after the end of the project.

Your personal data will be stored in accordance with the record retention requirements applicable to Unistra as a public French University.
The processing does not involve automated decision-making. No transfers outside the European Union will occur.
